A faculty instructor in Madhya Pradesh has been suspended and an inquiry was ordered after he allegedly requested a 10-year-old tribal scholar to take off her soiled uniform in entrance of different college students, an official mentioned on Sunday.
An image of the incident, which happened within the Shahdol district on Friday, surfaced on social media during which the Class 5 scholar was seen solely in her undergarments and the instructor, Shrawan Kumar Tripathi, was seen washing her garments and different ladies standing close by.
The coed needed to sit in that situation for about two hours until her garments dried, some villagers claimed.
After the incident, Tripathi, posted as a instructor at a authorities major college run by the tribal affairs division within the village, shared photos of the incident on a WhatsApp group of the division, whereas terming himself as “Swachhata Mitra” (cleanliness volunteer), an official mentioned.
The villagers expressed anger after photos of the incident surfaced on social media.
